Many, many hands have helped put Meadow Lark Farm Dinners together. As a new venture, we needed a lot of help and advice. We'd especially like to thank:

Bill Young. Bill can do anything! And we can't imagine where we'd be without him. Bill and Bella the Bus became quick friends, and with Bill's craftsmanship and artistry, we now have a very 'pretty' commercial kitchen. Bill is a licensed contractor, and when he's not building decks, he turns flatbed trailers into beautiful, handcrafted homes on wheels. His Gypsy Wagons make a great study, studio or guest room, and they're mobile — like Bella! Many, many thanks, Bill.

Hugo Matheson. Hugo is chef and co-owner of The Kitchen Café, and has been a great mentor to us. Thank you, Hugo, for your continued enthusiastic support, and for those initial grill tutorials and brilliant name suggestions which will live on despite our best efforts. We promise to return your Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall DVD set.

Anne and Paul Cure. Thank you, Anne and Paul, for all of your tremendous support throughout our seasons, for providing us with the most comfortable home-base we could imagine, and for hosting our first and last farm dinners of every year, with many wonderful returns in between.

David Baum. Who would have thought that getting licensed as a mobile food unit through Boulder County Public Health could be fun? Thank you, David, for your patience and invaluable advice, and for our license to cook.

Jeffry Baird. SS-4, LLC, EIN... thanks for helping us get it all straight, Jeffry, and for keeping us on course.

Plate & Pitchfork. We've looked to several groups hosting 'farm dinners' for guidance and inspiration, and we are particularly grateful to Erika Polmar, co-founder of Plate & Pitchfork, for the early encouragement and practical advice. Plate & Pitchfork is an organization that stages farm dinners around Portland, Oregon — check them out next time you head west. Thank you, Erika.
