During the 24-hour lottery period, active links for all open dinners will take you to the lottery submission form; you can submit your entry for the dinner of your choice through our website, only. You can select as many as three dinners in the order of your preference. The maximum party size requested for any given dinner is ten.
Once the 24-hour lottery period has closed, we will draw entries at random to assemble a guest list for each dinner. If your name was drawn and your party was added to the guest list, you will receive an invoice for you reservation within a few days of the lottery. If your name was not drawn, you will receive an email informing you that you've been placed on the waitlist for your dinners of interest.
Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until your invoice has been paid. Your payment—online, via credit card or bank transfer—must be received within 48 hours to confirm your reservation. Thereafter, unpaid reservations will be void.
First, we'd like to thank you for your support and for your interest in joining us at the table. We've sincerely enjoyed meeting so many new guests and making new friends throughout the seasons.
As interest in our dinners grew, offering seats on a first-come, first-served basis became too challenging. Given the number of reservation requests submitted only seconds apart, the process no longer seemed fair: we are not able to accommodate the majority of requests submitted within minutes of opening reservations.
In an effort to make the process of offering seats at our table more fair for all, we are now awarding seats through a lottery.
This is how it works:
There will be three lotteries in 2018: the lottery for July reservations will be open on Monday, June 4; the lottery for August reservations will be on Monday, July 2; and the lottery for September reservations will be on Monday, August 6.
If your name is drawn and we are not able to offer you seats at the table for a dinner of your choice, you will automatically be placed on the waitlist. We will contact you if any seats become available.
Once the 24-hour lottery period has closed and guest lists have been composed from the random draw, our website will indicate which dinners have filled and which dinners have open seats remaining. You will be able to submit a reservation request for any dinner that has seats remaining, and add your name to the waitlist for any dinner that has filled.
We are grateful for your support. We can only seat 84 guests a week. With hundreds of requests for reservations, we are sadly unable to accommodate the majority of inquiries.
